47th General Assembly – Accommodations Page

The IBEW has negotiated a special rate at two hotels for the 47th General Assembly.  The Marriott Chateau Champlain is the main conference hotel.  The Best Western Plus Montreal Downtown Hotel Europa, approximately 600 meters from the main conference hotel, is an excellent lower cost alternative to Marriott Chateau Champlain.

Best Western Plus Hotel Europa

To book your room at the Best Western Plus Hotel Europa, following these instructions:

  1. Go to the Best Western reservation site.
  2. Select “Montreal” as your destination and provide the dates and number of people.
  3. Select PROMOTIONAL in the scroll down list of price and choose the code IFATSEA. Click on APPLY.
  4.  Select SEE ROOMS for HOTEL BEST WESTERN PLUS MONTREAL DOWNTOWN-HOTEL EUROPA.
  5. Select the room 1 QUEEN on the promotional price list and complete the reservation process.
