Regional Director for the Americas Steps Down

September 9th, 2013

IFATSEA regrets to announce the departure of Chuck Siragusa, Regional Director for the Americas. Mr Siragusa, a longtime member of the Professional Airways Safety Specialists (PASS), has announced his retirement from the FAA and from IFATSEA’s Executive Board.

Mr Siragusa, first appointed Director of the Americas in 2008 then appointed Vice-President in 2012, was instrumental in renewing PASS’s involvement in IFATSEA.  More recently, he made significant contributions to IFATSEA’s renewal having participated in our strategic planning session in March 2012 as well as the most recent General Assembly.

IFATSEA’s Executive Board will convene a teleconference in the coming days to appoint a replacement for the remaining duration of Mr Siragusa’s term of office.  IFATSEA wishes Chuck a long and healthy retirement.

The Professional Airways Systems Specialists is IFATSEA’s single largest affiliate registering more that 3000 active members.
