Dear Esteemed Colleagues,
We are a few weeks to the start of our much anticipated General Assembly in Buenos Aires.
I am attaching the final calling notice and the tentative updated agenda for your attention.
Also, i would like us all to take note of the following.
- For ATSEP who completed the registration and may not be flying over to Buenos Aires, kindly let us know as soon as possible to assist the host manage the financial cost associated with your registration.
- We require you to complete the arrival form sent to you by the host. The deadline for submission is Wednesday November 8 2023. Early submission will assist the planning processes for the arrivals at the airport and hotel reservations.
- Also, do not forget your football boots if you plan to participate in the social event and play at the Boca Juniors pitch where the late maestro, Diego Amando Maradona started his career.
