ATEPSA has requested us to also highlight some essential aspects to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all delegates.

- Registration Package: The registration fee for the event is 300 euros, and it must be paid in cash on-site. This comprehensive package covers event attendance, coffee breaks, lunches during assembly days, welcome and farewell dinners, city tour, informal football match, and a welcome package with a backpack, polo shirt, and other goodies. Additionally, for accompanying guests, there is a fee of 100 euros, which also includes access to the social events.
- Accommodation Reservations: We highly recommend securing your accommodation early, as rooms are limited. ATEPSA has negotiated special rates, available up to one month before the General Assembly.
